Customized synthesis: Relying on the technical material provided by customer, we are responsible for production and research by the perfect combination of customer technique, our semi-works, production equipment.
Consigned R&D: Customer provide target compound and quality requirement. We are responsible for product development and research. And we deal with large scale production according to customer requirements.

3. Customized project management
Marketing staff and technical staff in Huntide Biotech do preliminary discussion with potential project with customers. And before the discussion, a CDA can be signed to guarantee the security of related information.
Once the customized contract is signed, a team lead by project leader is formed. The team members include staffs from marketing department, R&D department, production department, QA/QC department, purchasing department, EHS department and etc.
Project manager will inform customer about project schedule and progress.
